Faculty Symposium

Each fall, the annual faculty symposium is held.  The faculty conference is an opportunity for faculty members to illustrate to their colleagues what research they are engaged in.  Past conferences have had demonstrations of academic research, innovative teaching techniques, shown films, and a host of other topics.  ASAA welcomes all faculty members to show what they are up to in the state of Arkansas.  ASAA welcomes faculty from all disciplines to attend and present at the conference.

Student Symposium

Each spring, ASAA holds the student conference.  Students from across Arkansas will demonstrate to faculty what research they have been engaged in.  Students have presented on their honor’s thesis, independent studies, study abroad trips, and other topics.  ASAA is a welcoming venue and encourages all students in any discipline to attend and present at the student conference.
